Football: Freshman Boys Coach

Responsibilities:
As a freshman Coach you are directly responsible to the Head Football Coach and the Director of Athletics. The coach of an individual sport must realize that any activity sponsored by EHS Athletics is part of the total program offered by EHS. Individuals in charge of such activities must utilize sound educational principles and goals if athletics are to be a worthwhile part of the overall school program. Some of the duties of the coach shall include:

QUALIFICATIONS 

  1. Previous football coaching experience is desirable. 
  2. Previous experience in either high school, college or both is desirable. 
  3. Knowledge of football and its rules, and ability to instruct players in all facets of the sport. 
  4. Evidence of ability to get along with pupils, parents, colleagues, and other citizens. 
  5. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college preferred. 
  6. CPR Certification
  7. Completion of the MIAA Coaches Education Class and/or other requirements by the MIAA preferred
