Professional Development Council
Description:
The Professional Development Council will collaborate with
district Instructional Leaders to engage in short—and long-term planning
regarding professional development offered to Teachers. The Council will analyze student data
and discuss possible data-driven pedagogical professional development to bring to Everett
Public School Teachers throughout the year.
Working Time: Six, in-person meetings monthly from 3:15pm-4:15pm from January, 2025-June, 2025
Requirements:
- Current assignment in a Unit A or Unit D role
- Attend monthly meetings from January 2025 to May 2025
- Provide and collect feedback from staff on professional development offerings.
- Analyze data and work collaboratively with colleagues and district leaders to develop
district and school professional development plans.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
Remuneration: $240 (six hours at $40/hour)
Number of Positions: Up to 10
